Been here twice now for an oil change and got a tire rotation as well the second time. Always great work. Great prices too it’s cheaper to get my oil changed by them rather than doing it myself. Plus they also dispose of the used oil as well which is great and very helpful

Squeezed me in and I'm thankful for that because I had a doctor's appt. in another town. My oil level was at 15 %. Not good to run that low for longer trips, especially. But, they also checked on other basics. I'll need rotate tires in the near future.

I purposely take my vehicles to only two GM Dealerships, one in each state I "snowbird" reside in, and Gross is one I rely on. Their service, care, and quality is superb.

The sales person was wonderful and spent a great deal of time with us, however, unless I missed it she forgot to tell me that chevy did not supply an owners manual with the new truck. That would have been a deal breaker for me, but it's to late now. In addition, the person who appraised my 2012- F150 is a lying dog. He offered only $500.00 for that truck and said it was full of rust. That was not true. If he didn't want any Fords on the lot just say so, don't give me that rust BS. But I love the truck, so all is well if you can get me that owners manual.

He informed me about maybe needing new tires before Winter and also about 3 tires and 1 free special coming up. I will call in October and I hope he will be to work me with the tire purchase and installing them. Thank you for all the help thru the years. The service dept. is awesome! They got my oil change done, fixed my tire that had a slow leak and also notice i needed an air filter that needed to be replaced all within a short time. I was very impressed with the quick service and always happy to get work done at this dealership!!!!

Gross Chevy is my go to place for oil changes or any other problems I have for my Equinox. They always take time to go through all the things they did or need to have done with my car! They are great guys to work with

Quick and efficient

I was overdue for an oil change. I talked to the service manager late Monday afternoon, and he got me in at 7:45 the next morning. Very accommodating!

The personnel were easy to talk to and very informative about many areas of the vehicle. They definitely tried to meet our needs in finding the right vehicle for us.

I brought my 2012 Volt into the service area for a complete look over to get ready for the winter months coming. I also needed new brake shoes, calipers, etc. The young men in the service & parts area are always so helpful & friendly. I'm getting older, with a disabled husband so I'm not very gifted in knowing all the things my car may need. They treat me with patience, kindness & respect to get my car back to me in a timely manner. And if we had to wait for parts to come in, they were quick to let me know about that. And above all of this -- they gave me a new Chevrolet Bolt to drive while my car was in the shop!! Great place to do business! Thanks guys!!

As always, the experience was positive. I was greeted by name, asked if I needed a loaner or ride, and as I chose to wait I was able to comfortably wait in the lounge. Gross Motor’s reputation for good service was the reason I chose to buy cars from them when I moved to Black River Falls and I have not been disappointed.

The service department at Gross has always been fantastic. They keep both of our vehicles in great condition.

Staff is prompt to attend to customer arriving for service and timely start of service on vehicle. Comfortable waiting area and thanks for optional refreshments. My only suggestion is that it is not real clear upon arriving - where should I park my car ? Elderly or handicapped drivers may find walk thru to desk as uncomfortable. I did navigate okay but after a lifetime of working with elderly and disabled, I do keep those conveniences in mind.
